VIP CONVENTION PACKAGES 

All VIP Convention Packages include:
Accommodation at the venue with Breakfast and Dinner.
A weekend VIP ticket PER PERSON to the Convention.
Early Bird access on Saturday and Sunday (9am til 8pm)
Access to the Artists Setup day (Friday) where bookings with Artists can be made and Tattoos can be obtained.
Access to Aftershow Party on Saturday Night at the venue.

Should you require a room type, child rates or extras (Cot, Accessible Room etc) or if your preferred nights are not listed please get in touch with us using the contact us form on the menu.

Please do not attempt to book any accommodation packages through the hotel directly, you will not receive our discounts, tickets or any of our special VIP Offers.

Important information relating to your application:

The convention currently hosts around 160 artists and is in the Norcalympia within the Norbreck Castle Hotel grounds on Blackpools' famous promenade. We also use the stunning ballroom for traders and judging, this is attached to the Norcalympia itself.

PLEASE NOTE, WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE BOOKINGS FROM BODY PIERCERS FOR 2023

Booths are priced at:
3m x 2m (1 artist & 1 guest) £400
5m x 2m (2 artists & 2 guests) £750
7m x 2m (3 artists & 3 guests) £1100
9m x 2m (4 artists & 4 guests) £1450
11m x 2m (5 Artists & 5 Guests £1800
13m x 2m (6 Artists & 6 Guests £2150
15m x 2m (7 Artists & 7 Guests £2500
17m x 2m (8 Artists & 8 Guests £2850

You may pay either a 50% deposit or in full via the form below.

OPENING HOURS
Friday - 10am til 6pm - You may tattoo a model or VIP ticket holder on Friday - Work done will not count towards  competition entries.
Satuday 9am til 8pm - Open to the Public
Sunday 9am til 8pm - Open to the Public

Should your application to attend be unsuccessful, you will receive a full refund within 7 days of applying.

PLEASE also ensure each file and license is clearly named with the artists name that the file represents.

Please DO NOT attempt to book Accommodation through the hotel directly as you will be charged full price for your rooms. 

WALK UP SUNDAY - We are looking for artists that are interested in not taking ANY booking for Sunday until they arrive at the convention. We call this 'Walk up Sunday' and we are doing this in order to take our convention back to the 'good old days' where you could attend the convention, pick an artist and get some ink on the day!

A full booth payment must be paid on application by way of a paypal transaction. Should your application to attend be unsuccessful, you will receive a full refund within 7 days of applying.

Each booth will include power and one large (6ft) Table plus chair.

The most popular accommodation is listed below. Further rooms and nights are available separately on our main accommodation booking form. (Artists and Traders Accommodation) All rooms are Bed, Breakfast and Evening Meal.
